G-FIT PERSONAL TRAINING SCHOOL

When I started in the personal training business in 1982 it was more of a fringe occupation, but through the years that has changed. It’s now extremely popular, in fact it seems everyone and their mother is in the business.

This popularity however has caused a misinformation problem, leaving a dangerous void. Although there are weekend personal certification courses one can attain, most are inadequate, because you can’t truly become a fully qualified trainer in forty eight hours.

THE SOLUTION IS G-FIT TRAINING SCHOOL

G-Fit Personal Training School is a Ione year course that offers hands on training via a two day workshop, in addition to interactive online training. The two-day workshop focuses on the training component because of it being the most difficult of a trainers profession, in addition potentially posing the highest level of danger because of exposure to training injuries. The other two components, including cardio conditioning, and nutrition can easily be learned through interactive online training.

G-FIT PERSONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

This is a two day hands on, intensive personal training certification workshop where highly skilled, professional G-Fit trainers will be demonstrating and teaching aspiring personal trainers what real personal training looks like up close and personal.

This workshop will focus on level one “training”, which is one of three levels of certification, the other two being “cardio conditioning”, and “nutrition”. Each workshop will last 12 hours.

Workshop Objective

To give aspiring trainers a firsthand interactive experience with true professionals on how to perform micro circuit training, which is the most powerful way to produce results, regardless of the specific goal.

Your Two-Day
Workshop Schedule

ACT 1:

  • 6:00 am– roll call, explaining our objective for the two-day workshop. Introduce trainers.

  • 6:15- 7:15 am– Trainers will demonstrate how to set up a client for exercise, highlighting the tried and tested technique known as build it from the ground up which is the most effective way to succinctly prepare a client for performing exercises with perfect form and technique.

  • 7:15- 8:15– Roll reversal. Aspiring trainers will set up G-Fit trainers, and fake clients, who are a part of the workshop, implementing build it from the ground up technique.

  • 8:15- 9:15 am– Full body exercise demonstration. G-Fit trainers will demonstrate three times per body part how each exercise should be performed.

  • 9:15- 10:15 am– Roll reversal. Aspiring trainers will set up G-Fit trainers, and fake clients, who are a part of the workshop, implementing and performing exercises three times per each body part.

  • 10:15- 11:15– Micro training circuits. G-Fit trainers will demonstrate how to set up and perform micro training circuits.

  • 11:15 am- 12:15 pm– Roll reversal. Aspiring trainers will set up G-Fit trainers, and fake clients, who are a part of the workshop, implementing and performing micro training circuits.

  • 12:15- 1:15– Seminar lunch break. Leo will give a detailed question and answer seminar on information that was produced in Act 1. In addition, explaining the three training components.

  • 3:15- 3:45 pm– Roll reversal. Aspiring trainers will set up G-Fit trainers, and fake clients, who are a part of the workshop, implementing and performing exercises three times per each body part.

  • 3:45- 4:15 pm– Micro training circuits. G-Fit trainers will demonstrate how to set up and perform micro training circuits.

  • 4:15 pm- 4:45 pm– Roll reversal. Aspiring trainers will set up G-Fit trainers, and fake clients, who are a part of the workshop, implementing and performing micro training circuits.

  • 4:45- 5:45 pm– Recap seminar. Leo will give a detailed question and answer seminar on information that was produced in Act 2. In addition, explaining the three training components.
